Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing A+ Ideology. We strive to provide excellent career planning, mentorship, and capability coaching programs. Please review our policies regarding consultation cancellations and program fee refunds below.

1. Free Consultations

Our initial consultation sessions are completely free of charge. No payment details are captured, and there is no obligation to purchase any of our paid mentoring programs.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked free slot, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance so we can open the slot for other students.

2. Paid Mentorship Programs

Once you enroll in one of our paid cohorts or one-on-one roadmapping programs, the following guidelines apply:

• Cancellations: You can request to cancel your enrollment up to 48 hours before the first scheduled session of the program for a full refund.
• Partial Refunds: Once the mentoring sessions begin, we do not provide general refunds. However, if you face exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), you can request to freeze your enrollment and resume it in a later batch, or apply for a pro-rata refund.
• Quality Commitment: If you are unhappy with the quality of guidance or feel our session did not address your roadmap goals, please reach out to our team at esanelaw@outlook.com within 7 days of the first session to request a review.

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking, etc.) used during enrollment.
